Dear students, 

On Monday the 7th, we will be introducing a new ticketing system to answer your questions and help you with different tasks and topics. This new system will work in much the same way as the current one - you will need to create a ticket with your question and indicate the relevant department. In this system, you will also be able to search the knowledge base for the most popular topics to try to find a solution there. In the future, we plan to add an AI chat to help with any issues, working 24/7 as a virtual assistant.
On Monday, you will simply need to click on the Support button in the main menu on campus, as you used to.

Current tickets will be handled by the corresponding agent until they are resolved and closed. They will be saved for future needs, so don't worry - your tickets will not be lost or left unresolved.
